Technical Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are in search of a detailed-oriented Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects using Agile methodologies. You will act as the bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery without necessarily needing to write code yourself.

Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Collaborate with clients and prospects to gather and define project requirements. Manage client expectations proactively and identify potential issues requiring early communication.
• Team Coordination: Foster a positive working environment across teams to enhance alignment and project coordination.
• Agile Implementation: Implement Agile methodologies to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects. Lead the team with an agile mindset, imparting company culture and values to junior resources.
• Multi-tasking: Effectively manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently using innovative management techniques.
• Mentorship: Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional guidance to team members to help them remove impediments.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in a Project Manager and Scrum Master role.
• Methodologies: Demonstrable experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Documentation: Technical project documentation along with experience in ERDs.
• Technical Understanding: Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (Programming skills are a plus, but not required).
• Frameworks: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience implementing Agile Frameworks.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
